Test Leads/Managers (8-20 years exp.)

Role Description

End to End Test lead (Test Lead), applying rigour and test methodology to ensure the delivered solution is fit for purpose. This will involve using experience to ensure that the solution configuration meets the organisation's business and operational requirements. It is important that the person is experienced not only with the normal Test Methodology but also with Workday. Traditional Workday methodology experience would be good, LDP (Lifecycle Deployment Programme) deployment methodology would be better.


The ideal candidate will have worked with Absence, Recruitment, Compensation and HCM modules and will have worked with a range of integrations including Payroll. Testing will cover End to End Testing, Integration Testing, Operational Acceptance Testing and User Acceptance Testing and will ensure that there is a appropriate suite of Test Scripts and Test Scenarios that demonstrate that the solution is fit for purpose to meet the business needs. The strategy, methodology and approach for this will be an initial key deliverable


The Test Lead/Manager will need to create strong relationships with multiple teams including functional and technical teams, architects, both within the organisation and the SI partner.


The Test Lead/Manager will manage a test analyst and will need to co-ordinate testing activities with the implementation partner


Software Testers/Sr. Software Testers (0 to 8 years exp.)

Role Description


Individual will be responsible to developing manual test scripts.

Responsible to executing automated and manual test cases.

Responsible to tracking and logging defects during execution.

Generating reports such as defect analysis report, project status report, etc.

Actively participate in requirement analysis and test design.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Provide proactive advice and feedback throughout the software testing lifecycle for prevention and early correction of quality problem.

Document lessons learned, help maintain knowledge database

Knowledge on Automation using UFT/Selenium



Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationship with Company Staff.

Good communication skills.

Good team player.
